Realign PT is a cash-based physical therapy clinic. This means I do not take insurance, however I can provide a superbill that may be accepted by some insurances for reimbursement. My Appointments are on an hourly basis. The rate is $125 for an hour and includes all supplies and all treatments such as dry needling. HSA cards are accepted. Discounts are available for multiple sessions. Treatment’s are always one-on-one with the Therapist.
